We are hosting the first annual TCT7 swim at Long Pond in Lake Park, GA on Sunday, Sept 30.  The event will be held at the Lowndes County 4H Camp.  Check in will be on Saturday, Sep 29, with a dinner that evening.  Opening ceremonies for the race will begin the morning of the 30th at 7:30, and the race will begin at 8:15.  There will be a 7 mile individual swim, a 7 mile relay swim, and a one mile swim.  There will be a play area and other activities for families and spectators during the race.
